Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Elvo LLC ("Elvo", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Mint AI, our AI-powered content creation service available at getmintai.app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who We Are

The Service is operated by Elvo LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming filing number 2026-002037985). Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Elvo LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information. The category names follow the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, so you can match them against the rights described below.

  • Identifiers — the name, email address, and profile picture supplied when you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple, plus the account identifier we assign you.
  • Account credentials — a securely hashed password if you register with email and password. We never store your password in readable form.
  • User content — the topics, prompts, brand settings, uploaded images, and generated posts you create in the Service.
  • Internet and network activity — pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referral source, collected to operate and improve the Service.
  • Commercial information — your plan, subscription status, and billing history if you purchase a paid plan. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Where the Information Comes From

We obtain personal information from three sources:

  • Directly from you, when you create an account, write a prompt, upload an image, or contact support.
  • Automatically from your device, through cookies and similar technologies as you use the Service.
  • From identity providers you choose to sign in with (Google or Apple), which share your name, email address, and profile picture with us.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating the content you request.
  • To create and secure your account, authenticate you, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and issue refunds.
  • To respond to your support requests and send you service-related notices.
  • To analyze how the Service is used so we can fix problems and develop new features.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

AI Processing of Your Content

To generate content, we transmit your prompts and related inputs to third-party AI model providers, currently Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. These providers process the content solely to return a result to us. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not permit these providers to use content submitted through the Service to train theirs. Generated output is returned to your account and is not shared with other users.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only in the following circumstances:

  • To service providers who process personal information on our behalf and only under our instructions, as listed in the next section.
  • To comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other lawful request from a public authority.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Elvo LLC, our users, or the public, including to enforce our Terms of Service.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy or give you notice before your information becomes subject to a different one.

Every service provider is bound by contract to use personal information only to perform services for us, to keep it confidential, and not to sell it or use it for their own purposes.

Service Providers We Use

The following providers process personal information on our behalf:

  • WorkOS — authentication and sign-in.
  • Convex — application database hosting.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and object storage for uploaded and generated images.
  • Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google — AI models that generate content from your prompts.
  • PostHog — product analytics.
  • Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Polar — payment processing and subscription billing.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell it now. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing for you to opt out of; we honor Global Privacy Control signals regardless. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How Long We Keep Your Information

Content created on a free account (topics, prompts, generated posts, uploaded images) is retained for 30 days from creation and then deleted automatically. Paid subscribers retain their content for as long as the subscription is active. Account records are kept while your account exists and are deleted when you delete it, except where we must keep certain records — such as payment records — to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

Security

We store data on secure cloud infrastructure, encrypt it in transit using TLS, hash passwords, and restrict internal access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to all users of the Service.

  • Right to know — request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and obtain the categories and specific pieces we hold.
  • Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated content yourself from the Settings page.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information. Account details can be updated in Settings at any time.
  • Right to portability — obtain a copy of your information in a portable format. You can export your generated content from the Service directly.
  • Right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising — we do not engage in any of these, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Most rights can be exercised directly in the Service: the Settings page lets you view, correct, export, and delete your data. You may also write to [email protected]. We will verify your identity by confirming control of the email address on the account, respond within 45 days, and tell you in advance if we need a 45-day extension. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for written proof of their authority. Exercising a right is free; we may charge or decline only if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain why. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within 45 days.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 18 may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

International Data Transfers

Elvo LLC is a United States company. Our service providers operate data centers in the United States and other countries, and the personnel who build and support the Service may access it from outside the United States. Wherever you use the Service from, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme, and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not permit third parties to track you across other websites through the Service. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but strictly necessary cookies are required for sign-in to work.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for interpreting it, so the Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do respond to Global Privacy Control signals, though, as described above, we do not sell or share personal information in any case.

California Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will post a notice within the Service before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
