This Privacy Policy explains how Elvo LLC ("Elvo", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Mint AI, our AI-powered content creation service available at getmintai.app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Elvo LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming filing number 2026-002037985). Our mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Elvo LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
We collect the following categories of personal information. The category names follow the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, so you can match them against the rights described below.
We obtain personal information from three sources:
We use personal information for the following business purposes:
To generate content, we transmit your prompts and related inputs to third-party AI model providers, currently Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. These providers process the content solely to return a result to us. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not permit these providers to use content submitted through the Service to train theirs. Generated output is returned to your account and is not shared with other users.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only in the following circumstances:
Every service provider is bound by contract to use personal information only to perform services for us, to keep it confidential, and not to sell it or use it for their own purposes.
The following providers process personal information on our behalf:
We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell it now. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing for you to opt out of; we honor Global Privacy Control signals regardless. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Content created on a free account (topics, prompts, generated posts, uploaded images) is retained for 30 days from creation and then deleted automatically. Paid subscribers retain their content for as long as the subscription is active. Account records are kept while your account exists and are deleted when you delete it, except where we must keep certain records — such as payment records — to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
We store data on secure cloud infrastructure, encrypt it in transit using TLS, hash passwords, and restrict internal access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to all users of the Service.
Most rights can be exercised directly in the Service: the Settings page lets you view, correct, export, and delete your data. You may also write to [email protected]. We will verify your identity by confirming control of the email address on the account, respond within 45 days, and tell you in advance if we need a 45-day extension. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for written proof of their authority. Exercising a right is free; we may charge or decline only if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain why. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within 45 days.
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 18 may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Elvo LLC is a United States company. Our service providers operate data centers in the United States and other countries, and the personnel who build and support the Service may access it from outside the United States. Wherever you use the Service from, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your own. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme, and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not permit third parties to track you across other websites through the Service. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but strictly necessary cookies are required for sign-in to work.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for interpreting it, so the Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do respond to Global Privacy Control signals, though, as described above, we do not sell or share personal information in any case.
California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will post a notice within the Service before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
Questions, requests, or complaints about this Privacy Policy or your personal information can be sent to [email protected], or by mail to Elvo LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We aim to respond to every message within five business days.
